Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ImprovementOS ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ImprovementOS, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

ImprovementOS is an identity-first habit app that helps you declare who you are becoming, track evidence, and receive AI-generated insights. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your Account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

ImprovementOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the app or any portion of it.

3. Subscription Terms

The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a term.

4. Termination

We may terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination your license to use the app ends immediately.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

ImprovementOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Apple as Third Party Beneficiary

The parties acknowledge that Apple is a third party beneficiary of this EULA and that Apple has the right to enforce this agreement against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
